At Novelty Healthshine, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@noveltyhealthshine.com or call +91 9815732300

  • Once the order is successfully cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method

Please note that orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.


Refund Policy

We currently offer refunds or replacements only in cases where the product received is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective or incorrect

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.


How to Request a Replacement / Refund

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Replacement / Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund at no additional cost

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval


Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original condition for replacement eligibility

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted

  • We reserve the right to verify claims before approving replacements or refunds
