Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@noveltyhealthshine.com or call +91 9815732300. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and refund the full amount within 14 working days. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may initiate a return within 14 days of the date of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Seal not opened or damaged
- Returned in original packaging with all tags, box, and invoice
Please note for nutritional supplements: Products must be returned sealed and in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted on grounds of flavor preference, taste, or minor digestive sensitivity. We recommend consulting your healthcare professional before purchase.
Refund or Replacement Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process either a refund or replacement as per your request:
- Refund to the original payment method (card/UPI) within 14 working days of approval
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account details provided by you
- Replacement will be dispatched within 14 working days of approval, subject to stock availability
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and product
- Product batch number
- Copy of invoice

We will arrange a pickup wherever possible through our courier partners at no cost to you. If a self-return is required, we will reimburse courier charges up to ₹100.
Return Shipping
Wherever possible, we will arrange a return pickup through our courier partners. In cases where pickup is not available in your area, you may ship the product back and we will reimburse up to ₹100 in courier charges upon approval.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Requests raised after 14 days of delivery
- Orders delivered outside India
